How Much Do I Need To Order For Free Shipping?

HVAC Surplus offers fast & free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum that needs to be met for free shipping.

Do You Provide Alaska & Hawaii Shipping?

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are excluded. At this time we can not ship to these states.

Do You Provide International Shipping?

At this time HVAC Surplus does not provide international shipping.

My Order Is Backordered, How Long Will It Take?

If you receive a notification that our product supply has been depleted on a order, you can expect a notification that allows you to cancel or approve the backorder. Backordered items are estimated to take 1 - 2 weeks after an order is placed.
