∙ Shipping Policy

HVAC Surplus ships to the contiguous 48 states; this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Holidays and weekends are not considered in estimated ship times.

It's possible that our emails will be filtered to your Promotions, Spam, or Junk Mail. If you're not seeing updates from us, please take a moment to check those folders!

∙ Return Policy

  1. Orders in new condition and original packaging may be returned up to 30 days after tracking has indicated a successful delivery to your home.
  2. If you ordered the wrong item or are returning your item due to buyer’s remorse (or similar), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  3. Orders returned to us marked "Refused" will be subject to a fee up to $10 to cover the cost of return shipping. If you'd like to return your order to us, please open a Return Request on our website.
  4. When you pay for return shipping, please make sure to request tracking, so that you can confirm we’ve received your return.
  5. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact HVAC Surplus within 30 days of confirmed delivery. 

∙ Return Process

Returns are easy! Use one of the methods below to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We'll reach out within one business day and provide you with a RA# to include along with your return.

∙ Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled by 2PM EST on the same day the order was placed. Any cancellation after the same day will be treated as a return and subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
