Cool Air Products STOP HEAT™ is a reusable heat absorption putty designed to protect valves, components, insulation, and surrounding materials during HVAC soldering and brazing operations. The compound absorbs and blocks extreme heat transfer, preventing damage to nearby surfaces while working with open flame torches.
The non-drip paste formula adheres securely to copper lines, fittings, and sensitive components without slipping or running during use. STOP HEAT helps prevent overheating, paint discoloration, seal damage, and costly component replacement during installation or repair work.
After use, the material can be removed, remixed, and reused repeatedly, making it an economical solution for HVAC/R technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors performing brazing or soldering tasks.
